iBloodTracker

iBloodTracker allows to track your arterial blood pressure, heart rate, pulse, weight, glucose level and much more. (Columns can be added in the preferences window.) You may browse your measurements using filters, print your records (useful to show them to doctor). And of course, there is a big chart with all the readings. iBloodTracker is a Mac-way to be healthy!
